How it Works

Schedule a Pickup

Clothing pickups may be scheduled online or by phone at (718) 440-0688. Our team is happy to come to you!

Pack it Up

We ask that all donations be bagged, labeled “For D & E Threads” and placed outside your residence or in your building’s lobby before 7am.

We Pick it Up

Our drivers will pick up your textiles, and we’ll leave you a receipt confirming your pickup. We pickup in between the hours of 7am to 3pm.
